Review of the Monzo, Current Account:

Superb Bank with excellent facilities

Ive used Monzo now for over 4 years as a personal customer (I have a Premium account) , more recently have a joint account with my wife and I also have a business account for a B2L property. Overall I am very satisified with the account and the facilities offered. For me the app is brilliant to run the account day to day, everything is clear and very easy to use. Monzo Flex is a fantastic facility giving you 3 months interest free as many times as you need. The instant access savings account pays decent interest and my wife now makes good use of this. Monzo now links with Wise and so its very easy to make fast currency transfers (I often make Euro transfers), the rates are very good, nothing is hidden and you even get a little cash back on the Premium account. My only observation is that customer service can be a little slow at times, with chat support not always initially understanding the request, that said its very little different to some other banks call centres.
