Subject: Extremely Disappointing Experience with AXA Insurance I am deeply dissatisfied with my ongoing claim experience with AXA Insurance, which has extended over 40 days without resolution. Despite making over 20 calls, I consistently receive assurances that someone will call me back, but regrettably, no one does. Each of the 20 agents I've spoken to made promises to escalate my claim, assured me of callbacks by week's end, and pledged actions that were never fulfilled. This string of broken commitments reflects the incompetence of AXA Insurance in handling my case, causing me considerable distress. My car remains stranded in a compound, despite my persistent requests for its return in every conversation. The confirmation of the claim amount is inexplicably delayed, as engineers still grapple with a decision after 40 days of evaluation. After more than 20 years of dealing with various car insurance providers, AXA Insurance has proven to be the worst in terms of service, communication, and overall customer experience.
