Review of the Axa, Car Insurance:

Worse insurance company ever

I was involved in a non fault accident, British Gas driver accepted liability of the occasion and Axa being my insurance dealt with them and at the end Axa asked me to pay £500 access on a non fault accident and they said that cos I decided to fix my car at a garage I know and not the one they wanted to me to too even tho they never asked me to go to any garage all they said the garage has to be VAT registered !! I am taking legal advice against them Reviewed on: 12th December 2023
