Worst insurance company ever

I totally agree with all the other reviews, they are totally useless. My husband was taken ill abroad and went into hospital for 2 weeks. Luckily I went to the local hospital and got free treatment with the global health card and had to show his passport. My husband had to stay another week so I had to book a hotel and flights which I am claiming for. This was end of September and I am still waiting. Every time you speak to someone you have to start over again. I emailed many times the relevant documents and I also sent them recorded. Every time you ring they say they are busy with many claims.
