Very poor telephone service very good in bank serviec

The person that I spoke to for telephone banking asked 10 questions for security I answered them all correctly as they were questions about me, but the person I spoke to had a very strong accent and could not understand my English accent? And she was difficult to understand what a waste of time she said I had answered the question incorrectly I had not she just couldn't understand English what a waste of time, I had to go into the band branch to find someone who understood English.
