Was offered £3,500 for damage to my home didn’t accept as I knew it would cost me double this. I sent estimate of costs which was actually double the offer then was told because my parquet was glued it’ll cause damage to the building (I’m on ground floor) and I’m not entitled to a penny. How can you offer £3,500 then say no you’re not covered. Glue will cause damage to building!!!!!!! Tesco home insurance should be investigated, I’m taking this to the media.
