OMG I AM IN A BAD BAD DREAM

Lets start with putting on a private number plate and trying to inform them of this waited 40 minutes on the phone only to speak with somebody who's English was shocking and told me to do it online somebody reversed into me so started a claim was txt a link to upload photos it didn't work then i went on the online chat paid a fee for my reg to be changed logged back in and it wasnt changed again went through the online chat tbh you get the idea no point in me wasting anymore of my time and yours the sooner my claim is settled i will be paying the cancelation fee and leaving shocking experience.
