Great people, excellent rate, dreadful on-line processes.

Love the Family BS but it's IT systems are so far behind other financial services. Withdraws on my smartphone (Pixel4a) are a nightmare. Withdrawals are not Fast Pay and take ages if there is weekend or a public holiday involved. Reviewed on: 29th December 2023

We are always looking at ways in which we can improve our service to customers and we are currently looking at solutions in this regard. As we’re not a direct member of the clearing system, we access payment services through our bank, and the withdrawal timescales are clearly set out in the information we provide.
