Very poor service.

For some reason I have been prevented from on line access to both my accounts and our joint accounts. we went into the branch in Wokingham and was told it is an problem because we share an email address and that it is a data protection problem. They contacted someone in head office who was to conract us the following morning to help us. You will not be suprised that this did not happen. So we are back to the days of the early 1900's where the man can look at our joint account on line but a woman is excluded not only from the joint account but also my own 2 accounts. If it is a data protection problem then it would seem that they have been operating illegally for several years in letting me have access to our accounts. You will not be supprised that we will be moving all 5 of our account somewhere else in the new year. Reviewed on: 31st December 2023
