On December 24th 2023, I submitted an application online for a 1 year Fixed rate of 4.7 % on £10000. As of today I have made several phone calls to HSBC to ask why my application has NOT been processed, but is still pending, but have had no email, message or phone call to confirm why HSBC has not processed the account I applied for.
