What an absolute load of rubbish.

What an absolute load of rubbish. Did not even bother to tell me I wasn't eligible. If I'm not eligible then fair enough, but no email confirmation, I had to check back on the app several hours later. Sorry but its 2024 and this level of customer service just isn't acceptable anymore. Reviewed on: 5th January 2024
