Always helpful friendly and efficient. Someone phoned to check if I’d received information I was sent. I’ve not rated the value for money as excellent because I’ve not made a complete check of mortgages offered elsewhere but I think it’s at least good. Reviewed on: 11th October 2024

Efficient and friendly service,

I was pleased that in our circumstances and at our age the society was happy to offer an extended term rather than recommending a lifetime mortgage. Also Rosanna Nahome was very helpful and easy to talk to. Reviewed on: 6th January 2024
