Very good service quite fast and responsive during calls prior to my appointment. Opened quickly and efficiently and received books and paperwork within a few days, even at Christmas. Unfortunately lost a mark as the advisor did put their fingers in my mouth by accident as we both went to open the door. Reviewed on: 8th January 2024
