Good overall but made a certificate of interest error

Good product with competitive interest rate and easy to use app. Only reason it didn’t get 5 stars is they reported the interest I earned in this ISA to HMRC who then included it in my tax calculation. Zopa didn’t inform me of this error, I only knew about it when I received my tax calculation from HMRC. When I contacted Zopa they advised they were already aware and had rectified the error with HMRC, but I would’ve been nice to have been told before! Reviewed on: 16th January 2026

Great rates and exceptionally well designed app

Great interest rates, especially for the instant access saver, the app is really straightforward to use and shows all the key information on the Home Screen. I haven’t needed to use customer services, the app was provided me with everything I need! Reviewed on: 8th January 2024
