Churchill: dishonest verging on fraudulent!.

Masters of time-wasting and delay tactics to make you want to go away and not bother them anymore. Everyone you speak to at Churchill tells of how they are constrained to not help you because of their systems or procedures - transferring you to the wrong departments to waste more time. Or hiding behind "we'll look into it and get back to you in 2-3 working days". Fraudulent in that they clearly state access to a "Courtesy Car" on the policy only for you to be told you're not! Today, they wasted so much of the day trying to organise a hire car that by the time it got to mid-afternoon and they'd sorted one, it was too late to deliver it until tomorrow when I needed it. Oh, and that was after they didn't organise one yesterday because no one called me back. If you take a policy with Churchill and need to make a claim, be prepared to get very frustrated, angry and stressed out that an organisation can be so incompetent in this day and age!
