I have never had cause for complaint at any level, the service is exemplary and the user "interface" (on-line) is very easy to navigate, the ability to speak to an advisor is always an option!. The money markets and loan companies in particular have had some bad press over the last few years but it seems that now there is some regulatory governance in place, things are definitely on the up!. I wouldn't even bother checking for any other financial organisations should I be in need of another loan.........As somebody once quoted "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" keep running your business as you have been doing, with commonsense and compassion.
