Lottie

Lottie has to have stitches in her right paw, which was quite upsetting enough at the time then having taken her to the vets for treatment, we were then given a £413.00 bill, thank goodness for pet plan who not only agreed to cover this amount less our £100 excessive, but agreed to pay us within 5 working days.
