Ethical banking to help solve climate breakdown

I just love knowing that my money are helping a little bit making this world a better place. Climate breakdown is the single, most important issue of our times, and we're not doing anything close enough to even start to solve it. Also, I really don't mind paying the £3 monthly fee, since this helps more vulnerable customers: other banks have a 'hidden cost' for these customers, and this doesn't sit right with my values. They are trying to make their app better, which is all I can ask for. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

Great ethos

The bank's ethos makes me think my money are actually helping creating a better world for my son. The app isn't that great, and money don't travel as fast as with other banks, but it's something I am happy to overlook because of their ethos. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024
