Auto renewal

f you buy a policy with Sheila’s wheels they will automatically put you on auto renewal. It is almost impossible to cancel this either on line chat or by telephone. No one answering either! My renewal has gone from £750 to £2500 with no claims or convictions this year, obviously I’m not accepting this, but they make it almost impossible to decline!
