The app is absolutely fantastic, customer service could be better. You’ll wait five days and go through six customer advisors to get a response on the most simple of queries like why did my ‘direct debit fail’ I’ve never been granted the option to actually speak to an advisor. The credit card itself offers, incredible flexibility on the instant notifications, provide security and up-to-date knowledge of transactions. Reviewed on: 18th January 2024
