Excellent customer service on a claim and a renewal...

I’ve had two recent experiences one to claim a refund on a cancellation which was dealt with excellently ,efficiently and without fuss and 2nd to renew my policy after having recovered from the illness (which was complicated ) in order to assess the type of policy again , smooth sailing. , Excellent customer service, especially from Darren, who finalised my policy .
