we visited the Oakham branch today Thursday 18th Jan...

we visited the Oakham branch today Thursday 18th Jan and receive a very frosty customer experience. we are new customers with £10'000s of saving and wish to invest more. there was no customer in the branch and 3 cashiers available, none of them express interest in our presence. when enquiring about the 5.5% notice account the cashier did not know it had been taken out of the market, she did not offer any alternative. when i asked the manager ( the person in uniform? ) if the information on your website was accurate and reliable she just said "yes". not great at all, Reviewed on: 18th January 2024
