Been a great experience.

Been a great experience. Love that they listen to feedback and make improvements based on feedback. Fantastic flexibility on spending, you can change your mind and add something to flex after you've paid initially and you can change when you pay (spreading it over several months if you need to, a few months interest free). Not a drawback necessarily but a great feature to have would be to make uneven payments (ie, auto set to pay more back one month and less back another month rather than the same amount each month). Still leagues ahead of any other credit card I've come across. Cashback feature is also great and does bring it in line with more traditional credit cards that have 'rewards'.
