I have been using Monzo bank for a number of years, never gone down, offers levels of services that other banks can only dream, Monzo sets the bar high and keeps clearing that bar. From loans to good rate credit card, I have used banks for 50+ years, only time I have received this level of service and reliability was from a small bank that was taken over, truly a Bank that recognises its customers are it’s life blood and treat them accordingly.
