Review of the Monzo, Business Account:

Experience from a new UK resident.

I opened Monzo account a day after I arrived in the UK in February 2024. It was recommended to me by a friend. Since then. As a business account i have used it for all my daily business and household related expenses including sending money to Africa via a third party international exchange provider. Monzo business account is easy to open, provides friendly user interface, a high degree of owner’s trust by the provider. Monzo also provided me with prompt and excellent customer support to stop an ongoing unauthorised debits when I had a need of it. Monzo business account worked without hitches in my home country Nigeria throughout my stay on holiday. To put everything together: I have never had any issue whatsoever with my Monzo business account for the 11 months plus period I have been a customer.
