Been with them at least 10 years since think they were underwritten by HSBC but now sadly they use Aviva. This years Home insurance premium up 31.7%!!! Now switched to Churchill very similar cover and paying substantially less than previous year. We all know loyalty counts for nothing in world of insurance but lady on phone representing M&S did not even try to keep me as a customer and after 10 years would have hoped might even have asked basic qiestion like why i am cancelling. Sadly for me M&S brand been devalued by company they using for insurance.
