Review of the Monzo, Flex Purchase credit card:

There’s simply nothing negative to say!

Having opened my Monzo account as a secondary account when travelling, it quickly became my primary bank account. It has a highly functional, fun to use and easy to navigate app which works every day - even weekends and bank holidays. Having been offered a Flex element to my account, I tried it and loved it. Like a credit card but much, much more. My choice of payment schedule, my choice on interest payment, my choice of transaction and, all the time, clear information on the Monzo app showing its current status. I was then offered an accompanying physical card for my Flex account - which ticked the final box. I use my Flex for unexpected payments - car repairs, domestic LPG purchases and the financial demands of Christmas. And always, I know Monzo customer service is there to help me out when I’m confused. Monzo is, by far, the best organisation I’ve banked with. Reviewed on: 20th January 2024
