Customer service is very accessible, quick responses...

Customer service is very accessible, quick responses and its great to be able to speak to a person. Online is pretty basic but gives information required. Changes to interest rate drops are very slow but this might be across the board. Selected due to good rates and would do again. Reviewed on: 14th January 2025

Products are good, easy to speak to the team.

Products are good, easy to speak to the team. The mortgages were difficult to track the amount as it doesn’t show transactions separately like interest charges which I’d like to see Reviewed on: 23rd January 2024
