Brilliant cover for our beloved pet!

Our pet got in a fight but it was no problem as we were able to use emergency vet and all went well :) reimbursed half the cost within a few weeks. Reviewed on: 30th July 2020

Crazy % on overdraft

So upsetting they have added 39.9% so basically a balance of £2,300 will cost £75 in fees! Promptly we are clearing it and leaving. They also wouldn't offer any loan seems they not risking capital and to be honest we think HSBC better as their investments in Asia and only bank that didn't request a bale out from the government. Suggested I have appt with financial manager to switch account & possibly a loan. Disgusted Apr 18.9% not 3-5% as advertised a existing customer and t top it off they couldn't switch our account! Waste of time believe us we're moving to a PROPER bank! Reviewed on: 22nd November 2018
