Good all rounder

Shawbrook run an easy to use on line facility which is backed up with a very good and efficient telephone service . The messaging facility can have mixed results as there can be misinterpretation of the written word . The financial products may not be market leaders but are pretty close and the back up services give confidance to the user . Reviewed on: 18th January 2026

Very professional and friendly

I was transferring a Stocks and Shares ISA from a third party into a Cash ISA with Leek United . The on line process was clear but I hit a glitch somewhere , can't recall just what it was . The great help was that there was a telephone number to call and like magic someone answered almost immediately . the person was not only well informed but also very approachable and reassuring . the whole experience was good and continues to be so .
