Transfer from one product to another

I was hoping for a definitive response to my question about what products I might be able to transfer to once the current product expires but was informed this was time sensitive and I would have to wait until January for an answer. Reviewed on: 2nd December 2024

Good on day to day stuff

On day to day interactions the service personnel have always been very helpful. I was less impressed however with the assistance I received when looking at refinancing the mortgage. Reviewed on: 30th May 2024

No contact regarding changes

Your company arbitrarily decided the change and lower the amount it was drawing for my mortgage repayment when I had given specific instructions for a set amount to be standard. It then took me some time to be able to make contact with you as I do not have access to my online account with your company. To rectify the matter I in the end had to set up a separate repayment standing order with my bank. Reviewed on: 24th January 2024
