1yr fixed acc - highest rate on the market, fab support

1 year fixed savings account - highest rate on the market at the time. I tried to deposit the money from an account other than the account I nominated and the support team were quick to inform me of the error so that I could rectify. I received multiple emails on the countdown to my 1 year expiring and was able to decide what to do in plenty of time. Have recommended to family and both my mum and sister now have accounts with smartsave. I removed my money from the account at expiry but moved it back into a new 1 year fixed a few days later as SmartSave was still the highest rate!! Reviewed on: 26th January 2024
