Be aware!

Was going to let the insurance continue for a further year but forgot my credit card had changed so they couldn't take the payment. Called them to sort it out but they were so rude and unhelpful I decided to cancel it there and then and sought a new insurer. The policy had ended as I had missed the renewal date but for the next few weeks they were sending me new insurance documents as though I had renewed and at the same time cancellation notices. Clearly one hand not knowing what the other was doing. Mercifully, I didn't have an accident while insured with them. This went on for a few weeks until finally I get a bill for £121.68!! - apparently because I cancelled before the policy had expired?? and for admin fees!! Avoid them like the plague.
