First time customer.

For a first time customer of smartsave I found it to be a quick and easy process to set up the account and transfer funds. The interest rate was the best at the time for the 1 year fixed rate. The rate did rise a few days later and i unfortunately missed out on this. But with the current fall in interest rates the fixed rate saving account has been great. I cannot speak for the quality of the customer service as I haven't not had the need to use them. Reviewed on: 26th January 2024
