Almost non-existent communicatons.

Almost non-existent communicatons. I receive so little information from this bank I've had to keep checking in to make sure it's not a scam to reassure myself. I thought I would at least receive some sort of paperwork to confirm I had an account and my money safely transferred, but I received one email and then silence. A bit more communication would make me feel like it's a trustworthy institution. Also the option to move to the new accounts with better interest rate. I'm stuck on a lower one and feel the terms are quite harsh compared to others on the market now. Reviewed on: 26th January 2024
