Lack of communication

I've put money into a savings account at a great rate of interest. I do feel a little uncomfortable with it though because it's not a well-known bank and there has been very little communication from SmartSave, barely even an acknowledgement of how much I've paid in, just one email with a link to my account. I don't want marketing material but I DO want reassurance that my money is safe. Reviewed on: 27th January 2024
