Probably the BenchMark for Online Savings Accounts

I can't comment on customer service, I have never needed to use it hence a Neutral score. However all other aspects of Smartsave has been excellent. From opening the savings account, good interest rate, easy but secure transfer of funds, easy to use website with clear projections. Its just how a banks and savings corporations should be "No Fuss, Simple" Reviewed on: 27th January 2024
