Diabolical Customer Service.

Terrible service, which uses multiple agencies / companies, with foreign call centre staff to process your claim. I waited for the engineer to phone me at the appointed time to discuss my vehicle value and condition, and he did not call and missed the appointment. I complained and they still did not call. I then received an email from the car hire Company saying that my claim was concluded and they were coming to collect my hire car. (Which arrived filthy dirty). I still have not received a payment and no call . I have had to chase and chase to get anywhere and I am still waiting for a pay-out over two weeks later. I am not at fault for the accident and the vehicle was declared a total loss after 24 hours so I don't understand why I am still waiting for my payment. I conclude that they are making excessive money in claiming £ 206.00 per day for a 999cc hire car from the other side insurers. They are a diabolical company to deal with, and I will never consider them again. There service has massively added to the stress of having a claim as if the accident is stressful enough, only to then have to deal with such poor customer service and then have to orchestrate your own claim.
