I'm happy with Triodos; a force for good in the world.

I'm very happy that my money is being used as part of a vital force for good in society, with a bank that sets an excellent example in its support of forward thinking, sustainable, socially orientated, and ethical enterprises. Furthermore I've always, without exception, received excellent customer service: - phone calls are always answered quickly, and dealt with in a friendly, efficient and helpful way. After having my cards stolen and used, my account was reimbursed with no problem and cards replaced quickly. Also I appreciate the very good value for money and the fairness of the £3 a month current account charge. The website is easy to use, its very easy to access, make payments, and move my money. Outstanding customer service, values and practice.

I very much like that Triodos is fair and transparent, eg charging every current account holder just £3 a month for their service rather than quietly penalising customers that overdraw with large charges and high interest rates. Their customer service is excellent: prompt (no waiting in telephone queues), in-house and in the UK (no difficulty with language barriers), and always very helpful and friendly. I also love that Triodos only invests ethically, progressively, and sustainably, is completely transparent in who they invest with, and is working too to change banking practices and culture more broadly to be fit for a better future for us all.
