It remains a really excellent way to budget with Monzo bank. What I would say is that they used to do offers but that seems to have quietened but they do listen and they give you more functionality based on feedback which is great for the customer. They also don’t change things and make it worse for the customer which other banks seem to have a bad habit of doing, Reviewed on: 1st February 2024
