Review of the InvestEngine, Investment platform:

I opened an account with InvestEngine around 6 months ago after reading about it online and I wasn't happy with my previous platform. To date, I've found the app easy to use, has a lot of info that is simple to access and digest (I'm a novice investor). One thing that hasn't quite worked for me is the nominated account, this is not a fault of InvestEngine, but rather my personal banking is done via Chase which isn't part of the Open Banking system. However, a call to the help desk and some patience on their part, I've managed to sort this out via other nominated accounts. I also like the regular comms that come informing me that changes have been to my portfolio and showing me what exactly has changed (something my previous platform supplier only did occasionally). InvestEngine also conduct regular web meetings covering a variety of topics from the basic to the advanced which I've found good for my needs.
