Don’t care about their customers

Huge craggy monolith with zero interest in normal customers. General disdain demonstrated over the years, but topped off with leaving me stranded 6000 miles from home with no access to cash after my wallet was stolen. (In a city with a massive HSBC presence!) customer “service” basically said tough luck. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2024

Clean, clear app for self service, plus nice, effective human customer service when needed. Helped me during an emergency while on holiday in Asia when HSBC left me stranded. Flippin brilliant. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2024
