Not worth the time

Worst customer service I have ever received from a company, black box is a joke and don’t tell you in detail where you went wrong and doesn’t even work properly. They say you get money back but that can’t be more wrong, never receive the card and when you call up they say they can’t help you even though you wait an HOUR on hold to be told “not our fault we can’t help sorry” don’t waste your time spend abit more and get a better company Reviewed on: 12th August 2018
