Savings Made Simple

Excellent rate of interest, easy ISA transfer process and a foolproof approach to saving money. It's a bit weird not having a number to call for customer service (but they do have a number for fraud-related issues) and instead you leave a message with their chat feature. I got a reply from customer service within 24 hours on a query I had, which is pretty decent. I honestly wish I started using it sooner. Reviewed on: 5th February 2024
