The worst company I have EVER dealt with

Having used 1st Stop Car Finance in order to purchase a car, I can hand on heart say I have never dealt with a business so error prone and quite simply embarrassing on a customer relation level. I have endured 12 months of frustration and adverse credit scores due to errors caused by this company. My account has been in 'arrears' since day 1, even though I have never missed a payment. I have paid huge lump sums on numerous occasions and somehow the incompetent organisation still didn't realise their mistake let alone inform me I was in 'arrears!' Not once have I received a letter, email or even a phone call. 12 months of unfair 'arrears,' causing my credit rating serious issues, and their first course of action was to offer me 30 pounds of highstreet vouchers! Which they never sent. Having complained they told me an investigation was on going and within 8 weeks it will be resolved. Which it wasn't. Still haven't heard a whisper. Absolute joke of a company, do not use! They will make your life hell and not show an ounce of remorse. Reviewed on: 13th August 2018
