Easy to use and very easy to navigate.

Easy to use and very easy to navigate. Also has good information on other ways to invest, such as a stocks and share ISA. The app is brilliant and although I haven't had to use the customer service for anything due to the ease of the app, it looks as though there is always someone to contact if in need of assistance.
