Not fit for purpose and major security issues

Beware they have no contact telephone number you can guess why! Request to change email address, then they go into freefall. Cannot log into account many times have to change password. Next time try and log in and repeat have to change password. They have changed my nominated account without authorization or request by picking up alot of old information and incorrect mobile numbers. A complete shambles. As for Cus service they will try to make out its your fault and provide alot of incorrect information. Go to the Fin. Ombudsman maybe the only way for them to stop treating us this way. Do not risk your savings, read the reviews, its all true. Reviewed on: 6th February 2024
