Poor service and small customer base

Poor customer service. When we found a small bug in their investment platform and call to the customer services. There is always pass the cases to india side, They always blamed that is not an error. and do not reply once we make a small complaint. I can imagine if we put more money or investment in their account, Once something fault or error found in their side, what will happen. Pls step away from this company as this is new and not a strong customer base. Also, it is difficult to find a customer human hotline directly. althrough the transaction cost is low, I dont think its worth to put big money inside and with no human customer services.
