Good app, terrible support.

Good app, terrible support. I've banked with Monzo for a few years now, and generally had a good experience. Recently though, I found myself the victim of fraud - while Monzo might shout a lot about their customer service, they have simply not been there to support me. With other banks I may have got my money back, but with Monzo I simply do not know whether I will or not - because they will not answer questions. I now realise they have very poor support for fraud victims and why Which do not recommend them - and now, neither do I. Reviewed on: 9th February 2024
