Appalling. Every time I have to deal with Barclays it is painful. I am now trying to transfer my cash ISA out and their 'intentional incompetence' is making it VERY difficult to get my money out.

Easy to use, well designed, and great value for money

Easy to build a portfolio, clear information and great analytics tools to help keep everything balanced. Great design - pages are clean and uncluttered, showing the essential information at each layer. As with any investment site, it takes a while to understand how it works, but I'm now really enjoying using it. And it's GREAT value for money.
